About Dax Gonzalez

Dax Gonzalez was born and raised in Houston, TX where she first discovered her passion for photography. She didn’t pick up a camera until 2004 in San Diego, California where she lived for most of her adult life. Her long career in the software development field gave her the freedom to explore photography on her own until deciding to leave her career to pursue the arts.
She now focuses on her photography work full time with an emphasis on conceptual portraiture. She lives in Salt Lake City, UT but frequently travels to NYC, LA and Las Vegas.
